CommuniCare is as busy as ever. In March we have recorded the following figures:
317 clients seen in the advice centre.
31 clients seen either at an outreach session or on a home visit.
12 days we had to close the waiting room early as we had reached capacity.
If you want to guarantee to be seen then you do need to be with us for 10am, but come prepared to wait as if it is busy you could wait up to (and sometimes over) 2 hours.
Afternoons can be quieter, if the morning rush has been cleared quickly. If you would prefer the afternoon then do ring us around lunchtime and ask us how busy it is – it may just save you a wasted journey.
