As well as the work we do at the Advice Centre and our advice sessions in the community, CommuniCare is committed to working in partnership with other like minded organisations across the town and continually looking at ways to work together to provide the services needed. Two of the main projects we are part of at the moment are JUFA (Joined Up Frontline Action) and SALT (Social Action Linked Together) navigate to these guys.
JUFA is a project linking the public, statutory and volunteer services and developing a more joined up approach in how we work, so making the journey a much easier one for the clients.
SALT is a project based in Whitley bringing the many faith based charities and organisations together in this area to offer the holistic support needed all under one umbrella.
