Opening Hours

We run a drop in service, so no appointment is necessary. We see clients in the order they arrive. Please do come prepared to wait as we can have a number of people waiting.

MONDAY:        10.00am – last admission 3.00pm (if capacity allows)
TUESDAY:       10.00am – last admission 3.00pm (if capacity allows)
WEDNESDAY: 10.00am – last admission 3.00pm (if capacity allows)
THURSDAY:    10.00am – last admission 3.00pm (if capacity allows)
FRIDAY:          CLOSED

Please NOTE – we aim to have all clients out of the building by 4pm. Therefore we do not usually admit any clients after 3.00pm

We are CLOSED on ALL Bank Holidays and CLOSED between Christmas Eve and New Year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We aim to see every client that is signed in to our waiting room. Due to this we do have to CLOSE the centre when the waiting room is full. You are welcome to call us before you visit to see how busy we are. (0118 9263941)
