Carers Service – Information, Advice and Support
We have partnered with Age UK Reading, Age UK Berkshire and Reading MENCAP to deliver this service. We are working across the partnership to deliver Information & Advice, Carers Assessments, Carers Contingency Plans, group services and Carers Days/Weeks for Carers living in Reading & West Berkshire.
Tackling Poverty Partnership
In partnership with CIRDIC, CCA, Readifood, Starting Point, Reading Community Learning Centre and Reading Welfare Rights, we are working across the partnership to support people to get out and stay out of poverty.
Wellbeing Partnership
We have partnered with Age UK Berkshire, Age UK Reading, Mustard Tree/Engage and Get Berkshire Active to build resilience, independence, and wellbeing, connect people to support and focus on individual and community strengths.
