Carers Service – Information, Advice and Support
We have partnered with Age UK Reading, Age UK Berkshire and Reading MENCAP to deliver this service. We are working across the partnership to deliver Information & Advice, Carers Assessments, Carers Contingency Plans, group services and Carers Days/Weeks for Carers living in Reading & West Berkshire.
Ageing Well Partnership
We have partnered with Age UK Berkshire, Age UK Reading, and Mustard Tree/Engage to providing older people and people with dementia with services that will support their mental wellbeing and ability to remain independent for longer.
