CommuniCare adheres to the standards set by AQS for advice work. We are assessed by AQS every 2 years to ensure that we continue to meet the high standards they set. We are delighted to say that we have just had our 2 year assessment and we have retained our AQS award.
The assessment included having 2 assessors from AQS with us for a whole day. They spent time speaking with the staff & volunteers, reviewing our work and going through our many policies and procedures. Their report concluded that we should retained our award and it also outlined many ‘areas of excellent practise’ that they had seen whilst reviewing CommuniCare.
