Busy Times

Lots going on behing the scenes at CommuniCare! Our new phone system has bedded in and we have even worked out how to use it. We have started phase 1 of our client database installation, which is scary & exciting in equal measure. We are attending lots of partnership meetings and RBC clarification meetings to ensure everything is in place for when the 4 contracts we are involved in go live on the 1 June. We are also busy getting everything together for our RBC Due Diligence visit, our RVA Safe & Sound accreditaion audit and our AQS advice accrediation audit see this here. Oh yes, we are also doing our day job and helping lots of people on a day to day basis!
