A wonderful supporter of ours, Sara Scanlon, sadly passed away recently. Sara spent the past 12 months raising funds for CommuniCare through her church. She always thought of others and this did not change. She requested donations to CommuniCare in lieu of flowers and, through donations from the collection at her funeral service, on-line donations through mydonate and an individual donation, CommuniCare has now received a significant amount of money in memory of Sara.
